Capacitive switch with USB interface.
The DM90-W is composed of two main parts. The first, called SENSOR, emits a signal whenever a finger touches red area of the front plate. The second part is an interface that converts the signal from the sensor into a USB signal. The adjustable sensitivity ensures a perfect operation with thicknesses of glass up to a centimeter. With appropriate adjustments the DM90-W can be used for other multimedia applications.
Open source software supplied with the DM90-W supports the following operating systems: XP, Linux

Mounting the sensor on the glass :
- Attach the sticker on the front of the sensor in order to match the diferent
areas of use (red light, green light, sensitive area)
- Place a thin layer of the acrylic silicon on white stripe edge , visible on frontal adhesive
- Degrease the glass area where you want to place the sensor
- Place the sensor and press strongly in order to adhere it to glass
- Lock it with tape until the completely dry silicone
Sensor calibration :
Turn the trimmer fully counterclockwise until the red LED starts flashing
Turn slowly clockwise until the red led is turned off.
The calibration will be completed.
Test operation :
Run the java program YouBel.jar
Pop-up window within which you can select the sound file that is associated with activation of the sensor and then executed.
